Here are some of the dates for our 2013-2014 school year. Please keep in mind that some of these dates may be tenative and subject to change. I believe the major ones will stay the same - but as stated...ALL are subject to change.

Student Medication Form. Please read if your student(s)needs to take medication during school hours.
Attached you will find a student medication form. This form should be used if your student is on medication, i.e,. inhalers, benadryl, epi-pens, etc., and needs their medication at school. It is VERY important that you have your Dr. write how much, how often, what the medication is for, etc., and that both you, the parent or guardian, and the Dr. sign it.
When this is done you can bring the medication (it must be in it's original box) - to the office to have on file for your student. If your student has need of his medications during the day, he or she can come to the office and take them. Please Note: If your student suffers from severe ashtma or allergies and needs their medication at all times, please bring one for the classroom and one for the office.
We Wish you a Very Happy and SAFE Fourth of July!
Please read the attached flier concerning 4th of July fire safety from Jared Rinetti, Police Commander, Union City Police Department
